Analytics & Advertising Policy
What this choice is, in plain words
This notice explains the optional checkbox on the consultation form: the companies advertise on Google, Microsoft, and Meta, and the checkbox governs whether an ad-click identifier may be reported back when a consultation is requested.
Exactly what we send if you check the box
Only the ad platform's own click identifier plus a generic conversion label and timestamp — never a name, contact details, IP address, or any medical information.
What we never send, with or without the box
Personal contact identifiers (hashed or not) and health information are never sent to any advertising platform.
If you do not check the box
Nothing changes for you — the submission still reaches the secure, HIPAA-compliant systems; the click identifier simply is not exported.
How long your choice lasts, and how to change it
Consent lasts two years from submission unless withdrawn sooner, and it can be withdrawn at any time through the listed contact channels.
Once a platform receives an event
Google, Microsoft, and Meta process exported events as independent companies under their own privacy policies.
How this fits with our other documents
The Website Privacy Policy (notably its analytics and contact sections) describes the first-party measurement and consent banner this notice builds on.
