The website and the program provide no emergency services and are not suitable for all medical situations — emergencies belong with 911 or local urgent care.

Two cooperating companies deliver the program: A Better Lou MSO, LLC (the platform) and ABL Physician Services, PLLC (the clinical practice).
2. The Website is information only
The site is a marketing and scheduling resource; its content is general education, not medical advice or care.
3. Enrollment, membership, and care are governed by separate agreements
Payment never happens on the public site. Enrollment runs through a signed packet — the Patient Services Agreement plus required consents — and those documents win over these terms if they conflict.
4. Acceptable use of the Website
Visitors agree not to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate anyone, or interfere with the site's operation.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its content, and the A Better Lou name and logos belong to the platform or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

7. No guarantees
As a wellness and optimization program, no specific health, weight, or hormone outcome is promised.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability for the Website
